When Internet Explorer V9 is used to display a document in Case Manager Client Viewer, minimizing any widget on Work Details or Case Details page makes the Viewer become blank
In Microsoft Internet Explorer V9, if you have a document displayed in the Viewer widget and you minimize any other widget, the Viewer stops displaying content and becomes blank.
This issue occurs in Case Manager Client V5.1.x on Microsoft Internet Explorer V9. If you display a document in the Viewer widget on the Work Details or Case Details page and then you minimize any other widget on the page, such as the Attachment widget, the Viewer becomes blank and the document is no longer displayed.
Microsoft Internet Explorer V9 browser only. The problem does not occur on Microsoft Internet Explorer V8 or, any release of Mozilla Firefox.
Resolving the problem
To recover and display the document in the Viewer widget, click on the link for that document in the Attachment or Case Info > Documents widget again.
