Launching Rational Quality Manager results in "CRJAZ2343E The license Quality Professional-Token..." error

You receive the following error message:

Error 500

An error response was received from the Jazz Team Server. Status=400.  Message: CRJAZ2343E The license "Quality Professional-Token" is incompatible with the application "cca96122-0285-47df-9d17-78ae2b03bdf8" which is requesting a checkout.

The license has specified an application compatible behavior of: " ". The application has a compatible behavior of: "QualityManager-4.0". This could be because the license is old and the application has been upgraded and the license is no longer valid. If this is the case, the license should also be upgraded in order to work with the application.

An incorrect Server Activation license Kit for was imported for Rational Quality Manager.

Verify and confirm the Activation kit that you are importing is for the version of Rational Quality Manager installed on the system

In order to resolve the reported error; apply the steps below:

1. Navigate to IBM Rational License Key Center website
   
   
2. Return the existing license.dat file
   
   
3. Re-generate the new licenses by using Get Keys in the left navigation pane under section My License Keys
   
   This would enable the Jazz Keys (JazzTokens.zip) to be updated for Rational Quality Manager v4.0
   
   
4. Download the new JazzTokens.zip
   
   
5. Import the JazzTokens.zip on the Jazz Team Server
