Attempts to perform a recording using the IBM Rational Performance Tester recorder by launching the Siebel URL through Internet Explorer crashes the browser.
Symptom
Internet Explorer 8.0 seem to crash when launching Siebel v8.1.1 web application

Resolving the problem
WORKAROUND:
Restarting the Siebel server resolved the issue.
