Problem(Abstract)
After migrating from Analyzer 7.2 to Web Analysis the subtotals in the report are showing a value of zero instead of the proper values.
Symptom
Subtotals showing zero instead of actual results.
Cause
Suppress missing rows works differently in Web Analysis 11.1.1.3. It is also suppressing the values so they don't get included in the subtotal.
Resolving the problem
Within the report uncheck suppress missing rows from the data layout and the calculations should work properly. This problem is also resolved in the Web Analysis 11.1.1.4 patch.
