Problem(Abstract)
When selecting the Shared Services link from within Workspace, it either hangs or throws a java error. Going directly to Shared Services via the url works fine, but when choosing any option within Shared Services it just hangs. The Web Analysis, Workspace, and Shared Services version is 11.1.1.2 on Windows 2003 Server 64 bit.

Windows 2003 Server 64 bit, Web Analysis 11.1.1.2
Resolving the problem
Apply the 11.1.1.3 Web Analysis patch.
