Question
1. Can we create hang off on hang off till n levels?
2.Can we create a custom table with hang off till n levels?
3. What is the highest level to which we can create the hang off?
Answer
Hang-off can be created both for OOTB tables and Custom tables till n levels, and
there is no functional limitation defined for "n" levels in both the
cases. However, creating a chain of Hang-off on hang-off will impact the
performance as more SQL calls will be fired. Hence, sufficient testing
must be done around the performance aspect of this implementation.
