When reserving a room from the calendar, a user receives a notes error, "Field to large error when inviting rooms to meetings." This problem could only be reproduced when using this single user's mail file. The problem reproduced when using a different workstation, but the user could open another user's calendar to reserve rooms. The problem is isolated to a single mail file.
