Problem
RSCT cluster preparation command "preprpnode" returns the following error message: "preprpnode: Enabling RMC remote connections failed with return code 127."
Cause
RSCT Command "preprpnode" can only be issued as root.
Resolving The Problem
The "preprpnode" command must be issued by user "root", not as the instance owner.
