Problem(Abstract)
The links of edit and usage of datasource portlet in admin console are invalid
Cause
The portlet url of edit and usage are too long
Diagnosing the problem
IE has url length limitation, so the link can not be performed via IE but firefox.
Resolving the problem
Replace all "%7c" from url to original "|" to keep the url length smaller.
The patch is available here, you may follow these steps to install:
1. Stop server if started
2. Backup the wasce_installation\repository\org\apache\geronimo\plugins\console-tomcat\3.0-w20111014\console-tomcat-3.0-w20111014.car
3. Replace attachment to wasce_installation\repository\org\apache\geronimo\plugins\console-tomcat\3.0-w20111014\
4. Start server with command "geronimo.bat start -c"
