TWS v8.2.x End of Support Announcement (1318346)
This announces the end of support date for all IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler and Tivoli Workload Scheduler for Applications v8.2.x versions (v8.2 and v8.2.1) at all Fix Pack levels. End of support for TWS v8.2.x is effective on September 30, 2009.

Obtaining fixes:
Follow these steps to determine what fixes are available for your IBM software product:

Go to the Tivoli Workload Scheduler for Applications Product Support Home Page
  • Get a list of fixes, and other service updates for Tivoli Workload Scheduler by clicking on View all APARs in the Troubleshooting area. Select the name of a fix to read the description and optionally download the fix. You can use the search capability to find a specific fix.
  • Get the complete list of downloadable Tivoli Workload Scheduler Fix Packs and PTFs by clicking on View all download links in the Downloads area. Type in additional search terms in the Search within results field, and then select Go to refine your search. Click the name of a package to download the Fix Pack or PTF.
