Problem(Abstract)
The KBNAGENT is unable to bind to IPV4 when IPV6 is enabled.
(4FC932B0.00E7-2:snmpeventqueryclass.cpp,1822,"receiveTraps") Error 98
from bind call so cannot receive traps on IPv4 port.
Symptom
Variable KDEB_INTERFACELIST_IPV6="-"included in the agents config file did not help.
Resolving the problem
Adding this variable to the agents config file resolved the problem:
CDP_DP_HOSTNAME=<IPv4 address>
