Troubleshooting
Problem
User cannot run TM1 Perspectives.
Symptom
When a user attempts to open TM1 Perspectives client, this error is encountered:
Compile error in hidden module: Main.
This error commonly occurs when code is incompatible with the version,
platform, or architecture of this application. Click "Help" for
information on how to correct this error.
Cause
User has installed Excel 2010 64 bit, only 32 bit is supported at this time.
Resolving The Problem
Uninstall Excel 2010 64 bit release, reinstall the 32 bit release.
