ANS9387W Incremental backup unsuccessful for virtual machine 'Node01'. Performing Full backup instead.
ANS9384W Unable to get VMware Changed Block Tracking(CBT) data for virtual machine 'Node01'.
Full VM backup continues, and includes both used and unused areas of the disk.

Cause

There can be 2 causes of this warning message:

1: This is normal if this is the first backup of this guest machine.
2: Change Block Tracking is not enabled or supported for this guest machine.

Resolving the problem

To enable Change Block Tracking,

please set "ctkEnable true" and "scsiX:X.ctkEnabled true" against target disk in Configuration Parameters in Virtual machine Properties. (X:X means actual target disk such as 0:0, 0:1 and so on.)
