How do I send problem documentation (MustGather) or troubleshooting information to IBM Cloud Pak System Technical Support?
Answer
To diagnose or identify a problem, it is sometimes necessary to provide IBM Technical Support with data and information from your system.
Use this document to help you organize your problem information for IBM Support. At the end of the document, you will find a template to fill out.

Choose one of the following options considering GDPR and your company's policies on data security:
- Use the IBM Secure Diagnostic Data Upload Utility also called the Java Utility to upload the IBM Cloud Pak System collections to greatly reduce the time to upload large files (useful for small files also).
- Upload to the Enhanced Customer Data Repository (ECuRep) via FTP or HTTP. See Enhanced Customer Data Repository (ECuRep) - Send data
- Attach to your MySupport case
