Problem(Abstract)
Queue write program was not properly saving the data and task off to the Exception program (EDIR852) so the Exception management flow could re-trigger the flow once the queue file was back to an enabled status.
Symptom
EDIEOOG ,EDI-10250-T 00,ONLINE OUTPUT GATEWAY BEGINS . . . QUEUE: 058
EDIEOOG ,EDI-10254-F 16, REQUEST CANCELLED, QUEUE FILE NOT ENABLED, QUEUE: 058
Resolving the problem
Apply Cumulative fix for defect 70513, production date 4/20/2012
