Problem(Abstract)
The rich hover of a Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) artifacts link does not function in IBM Rational Focal Point after certain scenarios:
1. Upgrading Rational Focal Point from version 6.5.1 to version 6.5.1.1
2. Upgrading Change and Configuration Management application and Requirement Management application in the Rational solution for Collaborative Lifecycle Management from v3.0 and later
3. Restarting the Jazz Team Server,
Resolving the problem
Go to the Friends configuration in Rational Focal Point.
- Perform a test on Friend connection. Make sure that the connection is successful.
