The Mail-in database Inbox does not automatically refresh in Lotus Notes Standard.

Question

Steps to reproduce:

1. Send a mail to a Mail-in database.

2. Open the Mail-in database.

3. Notice the Inbox does not refresh.

4. Press F9 to refresh the Inbox and the mail appears as expected.


Answer

This issue has been reported to Quality Engineering under SPR RONL8LQBPT/ APAR LO63874, and is currently an Enhancement request.

You can track the APAR status via the Fix List database - http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/fixlist.nsf

As a workaround, either press the F9 key to refresh the Inbox or you can use the Basic Notes Client.
