Commerce Mail shows as running but the User Interface never displays

Using Gentran Director 5.5 on Windows 7 Professional, Commerce Mail is initialized and appears in the Windows Task Bar and in both the Processes tab and Applications tab of the Windows Task Manager, but the user interface never displays.

Resolving the problem

Open the Windows Task Manager by right-clicking a blank area of the Windows Task Bar and selecting "Task Manager". When Task Manager opens, select the Applications Tab. Find Commerce:Mail in the list and right-click it. That will cause a menu to open. Select "Maximize" from that menu. The problem is that the user interface, while not minimized, has been made so small that you can't see it.
