Technote (troubleshooting)
Problem
You are able to install the 8.5 trial version, but it will not load. There are other technotes that suggest solutions, but these do not resolve the problem.
Symptom
The following error is displayed: "Error in adding Try and Buy license. No license has been found for your Application."
Cause
There is a problem with the existing Trial Version posted on the web. This has been reported to quality engineering.
