Internet Explorer Script Error when logging in in Framework Manager

Problem(Abstract)

User cannot log to Express Manager - when opening Framework Manager project or when launching Data Wizard it will give them Internet Explorer Script Error (An error occured in the script on this page)

Symptom

Error while opening Express Manager - An error occurred in the script on this page. See attachment


Cause

Express has not installed properly

Resolving the problem

Problem can be resolved in two steps,

1. Reinstall express from the welcome screen and then try to open FM to see if you get this error. 2. Make sure the user who is opening the framework has access to express manager
