Problem
Customer imported existing PGP keys. The keys are displayed as SKM keys in Protector. After a while, the customer noticed that the keys jhave changed to CKM
Resolving the problem
Symantec/PGP suggest that after a key is imported as SKM, the keyring should then be removed from the client.
It looks like the client still has the CKM which it is presenting to the server each time.
The optimum solution will be to import the keys only after changing the the desktop software.
