Unable To Send Transaction From Maximo Mobile

Problem(Abstract)

Receiving error, failed to upload transactions to the server, after performing a refresh.

Symptom

When using Maximo mobile and you try to perform a refresh you receive the error failed to upload transactions to the server.


Resolving the problem

This can be caused if the user has the language set with a country in the user profile, We have seen this issue happen if the user has the language set to just en, The language should be set to en_US. For this example I used English.
