Problem(Abstract)
On TSRM/Maximo application List tab, if the Select Records checkbox is selected, description text from character "<" onwards disappears.
Symptom
Below is the text description (Summary) on the List tab of the SR application with the Select Records checkbox unchecked:

Notice in the screen shot above, all the text description after character "<" disappears when Select Records checkbox is checked.
Diagnosing the problem
The problem is reproducible on all Maximo-based applications having text description displayed on the List tab.
Resolving the problem
This behavior is identified as a bug. APAR IV18622 has been raised to address this issue. The workaround is to uncheck the Select Records checkbox.
