V7.1.0 Fix Pack 3 (V7.1.0.3) is the third fix pack for the WebSphere Lombardi Edition V7.1.0. Fix Pack 3 fixes issues that were discovered within the service stream. This fix pack requires WebSphere Lombardi Edition Version 7.1.0.0 and fix packs 1 and 2 to receive the full benefits of this fix pack.
