Clients who have purchased IBM DB2 Analytics Accelerator (IDAA) with IBM Netezza bundled must follow the instructions below to request Support assistance from IBM. Please do not contact Netezza Support as it will delay the resolution of your Service Request.

Resolving the problem

If you have purchased IBM DB2 Analytics Accelerator (IDAA) with IBM Netezza bundled, please ensure you follow the instructions below to request Support assistance. Please do not contact Netezza Support as it will delay the resolution of your Service Request.

Process to engage support for your IDAA product:

  • Log into the SR Tool on the IBM Support Portal and open a Service Request (SR) electronically
  • The SR Tool requires an IBM ID and you will need to register with your IBM Customer Number (ICN)
  • Information on how to access and use SR can be found here.
  • Alternatively, call 1-800-IBM-SERV and select options 2, 2. This will transfer you to our Software call agents who can assist you in opening a SR.
