Content

Take the following steps to list known errors associated with a CI:

1. Click GoTo --> System Configuration --> Platform Configuration --> Database Configuration
2. Create a new relationship from CI to Problem with the following where clause:
cinum=:cinum and isknownerror=1
3. Click GoTo --> System Configuration --> Platform Configuration --> Application Designer
4. Add a simple table to the Configuration Items application. Populate this table using this new relationship. The table can be added in a new tab or as part of an existing tab.
