Clarification for Information Center 'View History' pages

Abstract

The Information Center page for the 'View History' dialog in the Problems, Incidents and Service Requests applications mentions that two tables (Status History and Ownership History) display the date of each change. The dialog actually displays both the date and time of each change.

The affected pages are located in the Information Center under SmartCloud Control Desk --> Administering Service Desk --> [Problems | Incidents | Service Requests] --> View Information --> View History.
