Question
How to allow "&" in password for user Portal 2.1.1 to access Webtop 2.2 interface?
Cause
The issue was cause by the password needs to be URL encoded before getting submitted to the TIP application.
Answer
The resolver.xml for the PIM need to be update by L3 to included URL encoded. Please provide support with your resolver.xml file.

Apply the file to fixes the issue.

To apply the file, you can back up the existing file in
[PORTAL_HOME]/xmlroot/server/crs/resolvers/ibm/tip/common_pimA/ and
replace it with this one.
