Problem(Abstract)

After completion of SWKBT toolkit installation , no menu items are available in the portal

Resolving the problem

When your installation of SwKBT finishes successfully and when you try

to login for the first time (using WebUI: localhost:12344/ibm/console ] you will not see "IBM Tivoli
Software Knowledge Base Toolkit".

You need to go to:
Users and Groups->Administrative User Roles
click Add button and select proper roles for your user. Having done
that, logout, then login again and you should be able to see "IBM Tivoli
Software Knowledge Base Toolkit".

If the problem is still unresolved,please use GUI installation mode or try silent mode with response file using the command ./setupaix.bin -silent -options ./swkbtResponsFile.rsp
