Answer
To take a console dump of the CDC zos address space, use the z/OS DUMP command:
DUMP COMM=(dump title),
JOBNAME=(<CDCAS>),
SDATA=(NUC,SQA,LSQA,RGN,TRT,CSA,SWA,GRSQ),END
where <CDCAS> is the CDC zos address space
