Problem(Abstract)
Additional TEP workspace names are seen with strange names such as KSK:KSK1186.
Symptom
Strange workspace names appear in Tivoli Enterprise Portal
Cause
Browser caching issue.
This issue can be intermittent and has been when using the webstart with the TEPS.
Resolving the problem
When using the TEP Browser (as opposed to the TEP Desktop), clear out the browser cache. The instructions are different depending on the type of browser being used so the instructions will not be given. Be sure to use a supported version as well - check the requirements.
