Web Messenger documents expiring before the recipient gets a chance to open the email.
End user try to open emails sent to then from the LPME server using Web Messenger. Sometimes these emails have expired and can't be opened.

Diagnosing the problem
We went into the Web interface for LPME and we found the problem. There is an expiration date for these documents and our customer set it to one day.
Resolving the problem
We clicked on Service - Web Messenger -
We clicked on options - Message expiration and we changed this from 1 day to 90 days.
