Problem
Message: "Could not load com.ibm.ibmforms.digit form." is thrown when trying to render a form in ICM.
Symptom
When trying to render a form in ICM, it will not render and instead throw up an error message.
Cause
The dojo librarjy files were not copied to the correct folder as per the setup instructions.
Resolving the problem
In ICM, there are 2 folders that hold IBM Forms content (step-by-step procedure can be found in our documentation).
- <ibm>\CaseManagement\CaseWidgets\config which only contains a single file. Defined in step #5 of the instructions
- <ibm>\CaseManagement\CaseWidgets\CaseForms which contains many different files, mostly js files. Defined in step #1 of the instructions.
In this particular case, the correct files were not copied according to step #1 of the installation instructions.
