Problem(Abstract)
The IBM Tivoli Monitoring for Energy Management Reporting and Optimization charts placed on a custom page are not migrated on the upgrade from v6.3.1.1 to v 6.3.2.
Symptom
After the upgrade, the custom page will exist but will no longer contain the Reporting and Optimization charts from v 6.3.1.1. Instead, the page will contain the Charting portlet.
Cause
This is due to the fact that a user must upgrade Tivoli Common Reporting from version 1.3 to version 2.1.1 as part of the Reporting and Optimization upgrade from 6.3.1.1 to 6.3.2. The Tivoli Common Reporting upgrade does not migrate the BIRT charts.
Resolving the problem
The work around is to record the contents of your custom pages (i.e. take a screen shot, etc) before doing an upgrade and then recreate the charts on your custom pages via the Charting portlet after the upgrade.
