Clarity Server - Workflow Administration: users not available in the drop down
The Clarity Workflow Administration feature allows administrators to assign owners, approvers and watchers to entities in the workflow chain. When attempting to create a workflow chain, users might be missing from the list of the possible approvers, watchers or owners.
Specific users are not available to be selected in the Workflow Administration page.
Users may not belong to the Clarity Workflow Users role.

Resolving the problem
In order to resolve the issue, add the users to Clarity Workflow Users Role from the Users&Roles page. By default only users explicitly added to this role appear in Workflow Administration.
*Note If the issue still persists, the database administrator could execute the Populate UserRoleCache procedure on the Clarity database for the above change to take effect.
