Problem
The Cadvanced code generator option in IBM Rational SDL Suite is not available.
Cause
The License configuration in Rational SDL Suite is currently not configured to use Cadvanced code generator.
Resolving The Problem
In order to use Cadvanced code generator in Rational SDL Suite you must configure the license by applying the steps below:
- Launch Rational SDL Suite
- In the SDL Organiser navigate to Help > License Information
- Click on Configure License and select one of the following options
- If the license file contains the feature line SDT-Cadvanced use license type as Standard License
- If the license file contains the feature line SDT-CodeBuilderCAdvanced use license type as SDL Suite Code Builder CAdvanced
- Click OK
