Problem(Abstract)
The View editor does not accept a user image (JPG or GIF) as a background of Graphical view.
You can select any image on the background editor but the OK button does not work and you can only click Cancel.
Cause
The Physical or Logical Navigator for which you are creating the Graphical View does not contain items but only empty directories.
Resolving the problem
Insert real objects into the navigator and retry the operation.
