Problem(Abstract)
You receive message: "OC0104: DL/1 not in system" in 'DLI DATABASE ACTIVITY' panel (D.D) in classic interface.
Resolving the problem
Message OC0104 is issued because LOCAL DLI is not present . Also commands like DLI GENERAL/DBD/SUBPOOL/ECB/ADDRESS pertain to local DL/I only and will always return message OC0104 on CICS/TS.
This is an expected behavior, not an error.
CICS/TS does not support LOCAL DL/I and so it is not present.
