Abstract
In the QualityStage 8.7 predefined job MT20_CreateSQAReportInput_USNAME, the first record in the output file, OneSourceMatchSQAReportInput_USNAME, contains data but does not have column headers. You may want to add column headers if you plan to reuse the job.
Content
The absence of a header record in this file does not prevent the creation of QualityStage SQA reports. However, if you intend to use this file in another job where a header record is convenient or required, modify a property in the Sequential File stage.
To modify the stage property, perform the following steps:
1) Open the InfoSphere DataStage and QualityStage Designer and the MT20_CreateSQAReportInput_USNAME job.
2) Open the OneSourceMatchSQAReportInput_USNAME stage.
3) Select the Properties tab, and set the First Line is Column Names option to True.
4) Recompile and rerun the job. The sequential output file now contain column headers.
