Question

Is it possible for you to restrict IBM Rational ClearQuest users subscribed to a database in order to prevent them from using the API's to interrogate the database?

Cause

Currently, ClearQuest allows anyone subscribed to a database to also use the API's to interrogate the database. You may want to restrict some of the user permissions.

Answer

It is not possible for you to restrict the permissions of subscribed users, as anyone subscribed to a database, can use the API's to interrogate the database.
