Problem
Users can see a person in a secondary address book and select them over dialog box, then firstname lastname is added to TO. field. When sending, the address cannot be resolved and sending fails.

Users can see a person in a secondary address book and select them over dialog box, then firstname lastname is added to To: field. When sending, the address cannot be resolved and sending fails.
Resolving the problem
In the configuration document for the server, in the Router/SMTP > Advanced > Controls > "Restrict name lookups to primary directory only": was enabled. Disable this setting and the lookup will work.
