Problem(Abstract)
mySAP agent user's guide manual is wrong at page 29 and it says to configure using table name /IBMMON/ITM_THRESHLD that does not exist
Symptom
mySAP agent user's guide manual (ITMSAPAgentUserGuide.pdf) is wrong at page 39. It says: You can configure a Dialog Step Response Threshold for any transaction by executing transaction SE16. In the Table Name field, type /IBMMON/ITM_THRESHLD. This table does not exist so an error returned.
Diagnosing the problem
The correct table name is /IBMMON/ITM_TRSH, so the manual must be corrected as follows:
In the Table Name field, type /IBMMON/ITM_TRSH
Resolving the problem
Steps to resolve this problem:
1) The correct table name is /IBMMON/ITM_TRSH
2) Logon to SAP System using SAP GUI
3) Execute transaction code SE16
4) In the Table Name field, type /IBMMON/ITM_TRSH
