Busy hours with secondary keys are not supported by TNPMW

Abstract

This feature is currently not supported by TNPMW Busy Hour. This tech note contains a list of impacted Tech Packs.

Content

A primary key is the field in the database which is used to uniquely identify a record in the database.

A secondary key is an additional key, or alternate key, which can be used in addition to the primary key to locate data. Busy hour with secondary keys is currently not supported. To fix this issue, the secondary keys for the impacted KPI groups need to be removed.
