Question
Will Webforms run on Internet Explorer 8.0?
Answer
We recommend only Internet Explorer 6.0 or Mozilla Firefox ® 2. We will still support customers that are running Web Forms on IE8 but if you are having any issues we will try to resolve them but if we can’t you will have to download Mozilla Firefox ® 2 browser as a workaround. We do not suggest you downgrade from IE8 to IE6 because Microsoft DLL’s can be shared by other windows applications which can cause errors on your machine after un-installing. Webforms Support cannot assist with your browser upgrade to Mozilla Firefox ® 2 but in the supporting of Webforms once it has been upgraded.
