Webforms On Demand : How to search for archived orders/ Not able to find orders in the portal

Some times users are trying to find orders win the system which are old and hence have been archived. Below steps should be followed to search for the archived orders :

1. From the Webforms On Demand home page --> My Documents -> Orders
2. Here enter the Order Number. Remember that leading 0s are important to search the order.
3. Now, check the option “Include Archive Orders”
4. Also click on the appropriate option such as "Read Order" or “Unread Orders” or "Unread Change Order"

After this, hit search and this will take you to the Order Details screen. Click on the top button “Unarchive” to un archive this order. After this you can proceed with this order like other active orders.
