Asterisks when entering data
Symptom
Do not use asterisks (*) when entering data in TMS. An asterisk can only be used as a wild card when searching for a shipment id (SID). Using an asterisk in other forms of data entry can cause problems when an EDI file is sent out with the asterisk as part of the data.
