Cause
Not enough virtual private area to satisfy the request. Causing memory
fragmentation because system not recycled often enough, or region size is too
small
Resolving The Problem
1) Bounce Connect:Enterprise on a scheduled basis to clean up any
fragmentation.
2) Increase the Region size (min of 5M). This depends on
size of VSAM files & number processes in one step.
