Symptom
EDI-0300 Mandatory Segment' error in external data translator report for AK1 and AK9 segments
'3-1-1754: Translator error during document export' when processing inbound 997s
3-1-1734 Translator: Header: BYTE OFFSET: 12, HEX: 414B312A 53482A35 337ED, CHAR:
AK1*SH*53~ AK2*856* when process inbound 997
Cause
ACKBUILD_997 selected for inbound acknowledgment translation object
Resolving the problem
Set the Acknowledge translation object to ACKBREAK_997 by doing the following:
1) Open the Partner Editor and select the partner. Click the Inbound button.
2) Select the inbound 997 relationship and click the Translation button.
3) Click Advanced and select ACKBREAK_997 into the Acknowledge field at the bottom of the window
4) Save the changes and reprocess the inbound 997 to test.
