Symptom
Receiving "EDI-0300 Mandatory Segment" in Translation report
Cause
Inbound file has same Hex value as Element Separator and Segment Terminator
Resolving the problem
Segments terminator must be changed to a different Hex value than Element Separators.
Contact Trading partner or VAN to request appropriate changes to data.
