How is tender response time calculated?
Answer
Tender response time is calculated by setting what that tender response time is based on the setting by shippers in tender strategies. The response time that is set is also based on the location hours. IE if a tender is sent out at 11:00 PM and the location hours of the Origin are 7:00 to 15:00 then the tender response time does not start until 7:00 of the time zone the Origin location is in.
